Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, at Stavanger) is an Norwegian music producer and a vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released by Decca Records Decca Records in May 2015 and received a lot of praise from music bloggers and the press. Half the World Away from Oasis was released by the group Oasis was recorded for an ad campaign for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is a Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry's endorsement of the song Runaway in a blog post brought the singer additional recognition. Celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' earliest musical memories are of discovering the piano in her attic and being captivated by its sounds. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. The Aksnes family encouraged her to not to pursue music solely for pleasure or to aid in development but instead, she was encouraged to pursue it. For this reason she started writing her own new compositions. She credits renowned composers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan as influences as well as a love for Bjork's style. After her mom informed her that her music could not only help her gain fame, and also inspire others to see their importance within the global community and see how they can benefit from them She decided to start singing in public. Piano was her first instrument at the age of six. She began writing music when she turned nine. It was not until she turned 14 that she revealed her plans to her parents. Aurora had no idea of being a famous singer. The only thing she loves is writing music. To her music, is the best method of expressing anything.
